Your care begins with pre-travel communication and sending your medical records via official clinic WhatsApp. All medical files are reviewed with a formal response within 24 to 48 working hours, prioritizing urgent cases.
Detailed description of symptoms, onset, and previous clinical diagnosis.
Copies of hospital discharge summaries or previous operative notes.
MRI, CT, or Ultrasound images with written reports. Large DICOM files can be sent via email or cloud link.
Upper GI endoscopy or colonoscopy reports and pathology biopsy results.
Complete blood count (CBC), liver/kidney function, HbA1c, and coagulation profile.
List of regular medications, blood thinners, hypertension/diabetes history, and allergies.
For high-resolution CT/MRI scans and DICOM imaging, you can email them to our official address or share a cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer).

Fit-to-Fly clearance is determined individually by Dr. Ahmed Elwahidi following comprehensive post-op evaluation and vital stability. Longer stays may be recommended for major resections or long-haul flights.
Initial in-clinic checkup occurs within 5 to 7 days post-op. Most surgical incisions are closed with absorbable cosmetic sutures (no removal needed); non-absorbable sutures are removed after 12 to 14 days if used.
